The municipal licensing offices in Brits and Hartbeespoort reopened on Monday, 8 June.
The centres were supposed to open on 1 June but the opening was delayed due to “numerous glitches”, the Madibeng municipality said on Monday.
“We are pleased to announce that both centres are operational. We are assisting 150 people per day at the Brits Drivers License Testing Centre (DLTC) and 50 at the Hartbeespoort Registration Authority,” said Tumelo Tshabalala, spokesperson for the Madibeng municipality.
All services are available except for learners’ and drivers’ license bookings.
