Bekker High School held its merit evening recently and two of Bekker Primary School pupils, Oratile Mokhobo and Oarabile Tlhatledi were honoured during the evening.

Oratile won the team captain of the year award and Oarabile received the junior Victor Ludorum, best sprinter and best hurdle athlete awards.
