Complaint : Mathibedi Holdings v Kormorant
ATTENTION: THE PRESS OMBUDSMAN 28 March 2018 Dear Sir, REF: URGENT COMPLAINT LODGED BY MATHIBEDI OTN HOLDINGS AGAINST HARTBEESPOORT’S COMMUNITY NEWSPAPER TITLED “THE KORMORANT”
The parties involved in the illegal occupation of the Schoemansville foreshore seem to be as busy in cutting each other’s throats as they are outmanoeuvring the residents of Schoemansville.
No application for developments on the foreshore at Schoemansville or elsewhere at Hartbeespoort Dam has lately been approved by the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS).
The Department of Water and Sanitation has approved the development of a resort similar to the ‘African Island’ on the Melody Plots on the Schoemansville foreshore.
