The health minister on Wednesday announced that the number of Covid-19 positive confirmed cases in South Africa has risen to 2 506 with 1 new case in North West.
Thirty-four South Africans have now died of Covid-19. Six of the seven deaths were in KwaZulu-Natal, with one in Gauteng.
