Agang Setuke (2)

Police in Mothutlong are searching for a missing two-year-old baby girl, Agang Setuke who went missing two weeks ago when she disappeared from her home.
According to police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Amanda Funani, the little girl’s mother left her alone at home in Mothutlung on Thursday morning, 18 April, at 07:30 to take her older daughter to school.
“The mother returned home and found a blanket and food she had prepared for Agang outside the house. She thought that the toddler had gone to visit her sister who lives not far from them. The mother continued with her daily tasks and when her daughter returned from school, she sent her to fetch Agang at her sister’s house,” Funani said.
The toddler was not with the sister and a search ensued. A missing person case was opened at the Mothutlong police station.
A search was conducted around the area and in Mothutlung, but there was no trace of her. Agang was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants, a pink long-sleeve T-shirt and a white jersey, with no shoes.
Police request anyone who may have information that can assist in locating Agang Setuke, to contact Warrant Officer Lillian Setshedi on 076 061 8175 or the South African Police Service (SAPS) Crime Stop number: 08600 10111. Alternatively, information can be shared via MySAPS App on your smartphone.
