Pick n Pay Village Mall in Hartbeespoort is boasting a new look, with lots of surprises still to come.
Pick n Pay has been busy with renovations in the store over the past months. “We do renovations after hours not to inconvenience shoppers,” said Jannie Bezuidenhout of Pick n Pay.
“We have some exciting changes in store for customers. Renovations will include a larger coffee shop and deli, a new wine department, and more shelf space. And then of course our Temptation Bar! We are keeping details a surprise for our customers.”
Bezuidenhout said the renovations aim to ‘declutter’ the store. “Shoppers want more space for easier shopping. We listen to our customers and aim to give them what they want.” The store has also upgraded all equipment in the bakery and deli.
“We aim to complete the renovations before the end of August. We thank our customers for their patience. It is important to us to cause as little disruption as possible. The end result will be worth it!”
Hartbeespoort’s senior citizens can also look forward to Pick n Pay’s Golden Moments event soon. The event is Pick n Pay’s tribute to pensioners and a day during which senior citizens are treated to snacks, entertainment and gifts.
“The annual Pick n Pay concert at Village Mall is also already in the planning stages. This year it is going to be bigger and better than ever.”
