Koos Pansegrauw, the well-known athletics coach of the Hartbeespoort Athletics Club recently saw his athletes achieve excellent performances at the recent track and field meetings.

His athletes’ success in cross-country is well documented on both the provincial and SA championship level. At the recently held Athletic Masters league at the Pretoria Pilditch stadium, a number of his athletes achievements included a new South African high jump record and South African colours in the 100 m and 800 m sprints. Junior athlete Anouk van der Walt received the Hartbeespoort High School cross country trophy for her performance throughout the year.

Koos offers expert training from Monday to Friday afternoon at the Hartbeespoort High School sports grounds. He covers track and field events for junior, senior and masters athletes, no matter what age. Interested athletes are invited to come and try out.
