Hartbeespoort High School is proud of its public speakers who entered the South-African Literacy Association Public Speaking Competition in the junior and senior categories. Sandra Mwangi, Baratile Mashigo and Tersia Ramakutoane received A marks for their speeches. Jaden Andrew, Kyla Ayiam, Kgola Sekee and Lesedi Booysen were awarded A+, while Kitso Mahlatsi and Mieke Janse van Rensburg were awarded A++. These learners are all through to the provincial semi-finals which take place on 30 July 2021.
