Necsa is now offering security learnership training opportunities for unemployed youth between 18 and 30.

The 12-month programme will offer candidates the opportunity to obtain a qualification in the general security practice and will include training in amongst other things, basic firefighting, basic first aid, handling of firearms.

Interested candidates must in possession of a matric certificate and South African identity document. Candidates must be South African citizens with no criminal record.

Candidates may be subjected to written tests, interviews and physical fitness tests as part of the selection criteria. The selection criteria will be conducted in terms of Necsa’s equity plan, skills development policies and other relevant policies.
