Luxury car wash opens in Broederstroom

Taking your car for a wash can be a mundane task… but definitely not at the new luxury VIP Car Wash in Broederstroom!

Indrani Maharajh, Edward Foster Phiri, Norman Chirenje, Yashvir Maharajh and Mickey Maharajh are ready for the big opening on Saturday.

VIP opens its doors on Saturday, 16 July, with a celebratory opening bash. Food trucks, kids entertainments, promotional give-aways and lots more will mark the opening of this one-of-a-kind car wash establishments in Hartbeespoort.

“At VIP you will only get the best,” says owner Yash Maharajh. From premium car wash chemicals and top of the range equipment, to water that has been treated and VIP treatment for clients. “It is also the first car wash in the area with a certified oil ande grease trap.”

While having your car washed, relax, or catch up on some work in the cozy ‘waiting lapa’ in a tranquil garden overlooking the beautiful view of the mountain. It is equipped with WiFi and power points and refreshments can be ordered from the nearby Islands Mall.

“Should they need to pop over to the mall, we have a designated shuttle via golf cart to and from the mall. We have lockers to keep their personal belongings safe which they are given a key for. We offer delivery of all food and beverages from Mugg & Bean or any restaurant at the mall. Menus will be on the tables, we will place the orders and it will be brought to them. We also have the use of the garden next to the car wash should they want to throw down a picnic blanket and spend some time relaxing,” Yash says.

VIP also offers a free pick up and drop off service for all boats from Key West, Club Nautique, Islands Estate and Pecanwood Golf Estate. “We are also insured against all liability for customers in this regard.”

The car wash will host events such as breakfast runs and car show, and food trucks will be on site over weekends.

“Twenty-five percent of all proceeds from the opening bash will be donated to Meerhof School. We want to give back to the community.”
