A man was seriously injured when his bakkie, towing a trailer, overturned on the Pampoennek Road on Tuesday morning. “Upon arrival at the scene, one person was found with severe injuries. Once stabilised, the patient was airlifted by an emergency medical helicopter to a hospital in Johannesburg for specialised treatment,” Leandre Spies, spokesperson for the Hartbeespoort Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) said.
