Missing woman and child might be on their way to Rustenburg

A missing 32-year-old pregnant mother and her 5-year-old daughter might be on their way to Rustenburg, according to SA Community Crime Watch.

Tessa Louise Roodt (32) and her daughter, Crystal, was last seen at her mother’s home in Hibbendene in KwaZulu Natal at 12:00 on Monday, 22 March 2021. She left without saying where she was going and has not been seen or heard from since. She was wearing a blue ‘Bloubul’ T-shirt and black-and-white striped shorts.
According to SACCW, Tessa is in the third trimester of her pregnancy and the baby is due any day. “It is possible that Tessa is trying to travel to Rustenburg to stay with her father.”
According to the South Coast Herald, Tessa and her daughter were spotted on the N2 highway in KZN on Tuesday, 23 March.
