Zephné Weston, a mother of two, from Pecanwood is one of the finalists for the Mrs Globe South Africa pageant and will be vying for the title this weekend.
Mrs Globe is one of the most recognised and celebrated international pageants for married women in the world. With a 25-year history and over 80 countries participating, the pageant aims to celebrate, empower and uplift women from all cultures and walks of life. Zephné hosted a successful fundraiser for the BLoved Foundation in Pecanwood last week.
The Mrs Globe event serves as the primary fundraiser for the W.I.N. Foundation, an outreach for the empowerment and protection of abused women and children. The finale for the pageant will take place on 12 November over four days at the Sun Arena in Tshwane. Mrs Globe South Africa will take part in the Mrs Globe World in December in China.
