Following the recent brutal farm attacks and murders all over South Africa, the Hartbeespoort Community Policing Forum is urging all residents on farms and smallholdings to join rural safety structures.
“According to latest reports, nine farm attacks occurred from last Friday to Sunday whereby five people were murdered. We make an urgent plea to all residents on farms and smallholdings in the Hartbeespoort rural areas to join their respective rural safety structures and the CPF. It is important to be alert at all times and to upgrade your safety structures. In this manner we can fight the current scourge of farm attacks and farm murders,” said Romano van der Spuy, spokesperson for the Hartbeespoort CPF.
“It is imperative that we all hold hands in the fight against farm attacks.”
