There is a new Trooper in town! The CrossFit Trooper and Conditioned by Trooper gym recently opened its doors in Hartbeespoort.

This haven for exercise junkies is situated at the lovely Little Paris and with the construction of an exercise park in the pipeline, it promises to be the go-to location for fitness enthusiasts.
CrossFit Trooper has been a popular gym in Brits for the past eight years and due to demand, it has now opened the impressive premises in Hartbeespoort. Besides CrossFit, it also offers BoxFit – boxing classes concentrating on fitness , pilates, Smelt – high intensity exercise classes, and nutrition guidance.
“The Smelt programme is an eight-week healthy lifestyle change challenge for effective weight loss. Individuals are weighed, measured, motivated to train and encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle,” says Adelle Wentzel. Jaco Beyers is responsible for the CrossFit side while Adele takes care of the other programmes. The gym boasts eight qualified trainers who give personal attention to each individual.
They are also busy developing an outdoor trail for cycling and running on the property. “It will be a Trooper Park. We plan to host CrossFit and other events here. There are big plans in the pipeline,” says Jaco. “We are a Trooper family and we want our clients to feel part of this family.”
Fitness enthusiasts are invited to pop into CrossFit Trooper and see for themselves what this new hotspot is all about. Contact 060 821 3892 or 076 990 9465 for more information.
