Security footage of a Toyota Hilux being stolen in less than a minute at a shopping centre in Hartbeespoort, has gone viral.
The vehicle was stolen from the Islands Mall around 10:00 on Sunday and Vehicle Trackers posted a security video on Twitter, clearly demonstrating the thieves prowess. In the video it initially seems as if the thieves in a Volkswagen minibus are targeting another bakkie, but as they approach it, the vehicle pulls out. The thieves then pick their next target and park next to a Toyota Hilux. In less than a minute, the Toyota Hilux pulls out and the thieves follow in the minibus.
The thieves got away with the stolen vehicle.
