The well-known and loved Hartbeespoort resident, Peter Powell, sadly passed away at the age of 63 on Monday, 28 February.

Peter was the owner of Pick n Pay outlets in Village Mall in Hartbeespoort, Brits Mall and Brits. He had been at the helm of the Brits Pick n Pay for the past 15 years. He also owned outlets in Thabazimbi, Modimolle and Bela Bela.

He leaves behind his four children, Donavan, Loreal, Lauren and Michelle and a grandchild.
Peter’s funeral service will be held at Doxa Deo church in Hartbeespoort on Saturday at 10:00.
He will be sorely missed by all in Hartbeespoort and Brits.
