The driver crashed into another vehicle while fleeing from security officers.

According to police spokesperson Constable Ben Moabi members of the public saw the woman being flung from a bakkie in Robertson Street in Brits at around 06:00 on Thursday.
The driver sped off but was spotted by security officers from PPS Security and they gave chase. “While fleeing from our security officers, he crashed into another vehicle on the Sonop road,” said Quintin Dunn, owner of PPS Security. The driver jumped out and fled but was caught by security officers. He was handed over to the Brits police.
“The deceased woman has not been identified yet and the investigation continues,” Moabi said
