A Hartbeespoort family is offering a reward for the return of their beloved Persian cat that was taken from their home in Elizabeth Street in Schoemansville on 11 October. A woman was captured on a security camera at 06:22 carrying their cat in front of their gate. The family has opened a case of theft at Hartbeespoort police station.
“Please just bring her back. She’s been part of our family since she was 10 weeks old. You can drop her off at any veterinarian and let them contact me. Please just bring her back home. She is not a cat to us, she’s our child, and we miss her dearly,” said Jackie van der Westhuizen. The family is offering a reward to anybody who knows where she is and her safe return.
