Hartbeespoort Cableway nominated for World Travel Awards
South Africa once again features prominently as a prime tourist destination in Africa with multiple nominations, including Hartbeespoort Cableway, in the 2025 World Travel Awards.
The annual awards serves to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the global travel and tourism industry.
Dikhololo Resort near Brits is nominated for the Leading Family Resort in the 2025 World Travel Awards.
Also in North West, Sun City has been nominated in the categories, Africa’s Leading Water Park and Africa’s Leading Destination.
The World Travel Awards will hold its first-ever ceremony in Bahrain, with the final gala taking place at the Exhibition World Bahrain on 9 December 2025.
