Hartbeespoort bodybuilder, Martin van der Wath, participated in the IBFF All Africa Bodybuilding Championship and won the Masters over 50 category. He was placed second and third in two additional categories. Athletes, coaches, officials, and supporters from across the continent came together under one roof for the championship, not only to compete, but to showcase the spirit of bodybuilding, discipline, and unity that defines the IBFF.
