Antoinette Geldenhuys owner of Mane Street Barber & The Barbershop in Hartbeespoort strives with every haircut to deliver the precise result the client wants.

Antoinette who was previously employed by the late Koos du Preez the well-known Barber in Harties and Brits, bought The Barbershop at De Handelspost Centre in 2019. Koos du Preez entrusted his respected and loved legacy to Antoinette. He always said that you need to be a hairdresser to appreciate the love for the business. The Barbershop at De Handelspost Centre is the oldest barbershop in town with a long history of satisfied clients.
Antoinette also acquired a 50% share in The Mane Street Barbershop in Village Mall from Marietjie Du Preez in 2021. The Mane Street Barber is a well-established barbershop and has been doing business since 2006.
Antoinette, a well-qualified hair stylist and barber specialises in men, ladies and children’s haircuts.
Antoinette is supported by a professional team and strives for client satisfaction at all times. The teams at the respective Barbershops aim to give the client the best service possible. The motto:
“The client is always right” is always the first objective. We appreciate our current longstanding client base and kindly appeal to the public to support our local businesses.”
A full circle came true for Antoinette. She started working as a hairstylist and barber and is now a well-respected and working business owner.
