Kerri wins Women in Conservation Award
Kerri Wolter, founder of VulPro vulture rehabilitation centre in Hartbeespoort received the coveted Women in Conservation Award from SANParks for her protection and passion for the vultures in Africa.
South African National Parks (SANParks) recognised deserving conservationists at the annual Kudu Awards ceremony held at Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand towards the end of 2024. The awards now in its 18th year recognise internal and external stakeholders that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to sustainability, improving livelihoods and achieving real change on the ground in our national parks.
This prestigious recognition highlights Kerri’s unwavering dedication to vulture conservation and the vital work being done to protect these remarkable species.
