After more than five years, the Madibeng Local Municipality eventually appointed a municipal manager.
Quite Kgatla was appointed by the Madibeng Council during an ordinary council meeting on 26 November. Kgatla was previously the Municipal Manager of Mopani District Municipality. Numerous acting municipal managers have managed the municipality for over five years.
