Mugg & Bean Village Mall received the award for being one of four top stores in the Gauteng East regions which includes Johannesburg and Pretoria, as well as Klerksdorp and Rustenburg.

The award ceremony followed the annual Mugg & Bean Conference and recognises stores in each region for their efforts in achieving and upholding excellence in the operations, service and quality within the Mugg and Bean brand. The proud Mugg & Bean Village Mall team are James Tangwena, Maria Floudiotis (owner), Tsholofelo Oliphant, Johalet Schoeman, Martha Mahlabaseletji, Jaco Du Plessis and Tebogo Banda.
