The Hartbeespoort Post Office is closed permanently.

The one remaining post office in Hartbeespoort in Schoemansville has closed its doors as part of the SA Post Office’s business rescue practitioners (BRPs) rescue plan.
The business plan proposes closing more than 400 non-profit branches and retrenching around 5 000 employees.
Hartbeespoort residents will now have to collect their post from the Brits Post Office.
Louise Brugman, spokesperson for the BRPs told Kormorant on Friday that the post office was closed and that “Brits Post Office is the recommended post office for Hartbeespoort post office clients.”
She did not answer Kormorant’s question about the number of people at the Hartbeespoort Post Office being retrenched.”
The Brits Post Office confirmed that Hartbeespoort residents will in future have to collect their post at this office.
