Who stole the Sea Scouts’ flower?

The 22nd Sea Scouts in Kosmos are appalled that someone stole their very special Royal Paint Brush flower last week after they had been watching in awe as the flower made its annual appearance.
The plant is at the Scouts’ boat house on Agnus Avenue in Kosmos. “It was the first time it bloomed this spring. It only has one flower a year. Week after week we watched it bloom, taking photos every week. We arrived Tuesday, 1 October, to find someone had plucked the flower at the stem. It is very disappointing that someone can do such a thing. It will not last long in a vase. Now we will have to wait till next spring for a new flower. We will have to build a cage around it for next year,” said Ivor Foster of the 22nd Sea Scouts.
