Local youth awarded at the Africa Kidpreneur Summit
A number of local youths of the Amomabs Karate Institute took part at the Africa Kidpreneur Summit which was held in Botswana recently.
After an incredible journey to the KidPreneur Summit in Botswana, Rea Mabusela and her talented team of young South African entrepreneurs have returned home with awards and recognition. Each team member made their mark and brought home accolades for their significant contributions across various categories.
Rea Mabusela was recognized for her exceptional work in Sports & Wellness, and received an appreciation award for her selfless efforts toward empowering South African children. Her company, 4 Us AmazingKids, was also honoured as the official partner of KidPreneur Africa in South Africa. Rea, the youngest partner among 12 other partners from 12 African countries in 2024, has proven that age is just a number when pursuing your dreams.
Joshua Maloney received an award for his exceptional selling and networking skills, which stood out throughout the summit. Will Jonas received the Sports & Wellness award, and won the Creative Arts Category for his business pitch. Kefilwe Chere was recognised for her outstanding contributions in Creative Arts in South Africa. Siphesihle Kanyile was honored for her significant impact in Creative Arts in South Africa. Ona Mabusela received an award for her significant impact as a Kidpreneur in the Best Entertainment Category.
